Wallpaper Machine Disable Active Desktop Wallpaper On User Machine?

Disable Active Desktop Wallpaper On User Machine? - wallpaper machine

In the network a single class in school that is running Windows Server 2003 R2

and my teacher was one of the 03 students placed in a group policy server for the background

its gettin really annoying now its been a few months

I know the administrator password, and nothing is locked in the machine wallpaper is only people with disabilities

Is there a way to block the group,
Locate the registry key and running gpedit.msc

in not on the server side of the class, so I know very little about the server-03

Thanks
