Small Houseboat Plans Can You Put A Small Houseboat On A Pond Protected By The NY State DEC?

Can you put a small houseboat on a pond protected by the NY State DEC? - small houseboat plans

My girlfriend and I are building a long term plan for a house in Dutchess County, NY. By the time we built something, as we always have a little trailer and then we came across an ad for a small floating house for about an hour north of us. I am a little reluctant to take over maintenance of a ship, but to serve only as a very special users at home when we have guests. Our pond is about 3 / 4 hectares in size, but we discovered recently that the state considers wetlands. I know I should contact the department about this, but before hoisting a red flag, I wondered if anyone an idea what kind of system needs a major problem in the protected status of the water? Until now, the bathroom, only in our septic tank emptied after each use.

It may well have been told because of the size of their wetlands, but wetlands already, then it should not even try because you are disabled until December Their rules are strict and only the owner is unlikely to have funding for the fight in court. If unlimited funds then maybe you could. They have a clause that states, not the need "to allow continued use of land legally, but you have to wonder what a lawful use of land. Luck.Below help some good links.
