When you lower the center conductor to the little thing, "the only way to resolve this issue, is to replace the screw neck, fully soldered to the tuner or tuner. Or if insulation before the tuner you need to replace a part. The tuner is more expensive.
This is my ghetto way to get a grip or a roach clip and pull the damn thing, you need not spend too much money to bring him into the business.
